About Beth
I am a children's author and all-round lover of writing and words. My debut novel. Wolf Siren, was published by HarperCollins Children's Books in March 2025 and my second book, Feather Vane, will be out in March 2026!
I have a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Birmingham where I spent three and a half years reading and writing about all things fairy tales and disability.
I have also written four books of adult poetry and one chapbook of creative non-fiction, and I also founded Disabled Tales, a website dedicated to discussing disability in fairy tales and folklore.
When not reading, writing, or listening to an audiobook at double speed, I can most likely be found with my dog Neville, snacking, drinking tea, and/or planning a trip to somewhere or other.
